Ex-NBAer Kevin McHale Joins NBA TV

Oct. 22 -- Former Minnesota Timberwolves coach/general manager and Boston Celtics star Kevin McHale is moving to television.

NBA TV announced that the Hall of Fame player will join former NBA player Chris Webber and studio host Ernie Johnson for the network's "Fan Night" program on Tuesday nights.

The studio team will provide analysis during live coverage of match-ups that fans select by voting on NBA.com.

McHale was a three-time NBA champion with the Celtics in the 1980's, then spent 15 years with the Minnesota Timberwolves, first as general manager and later as coach until he was fired last June.
